Profound Group has been absolutely outstanding. We brought them on board for a commercial tender initially and they blew us away with their outstanding communication, honesty and attention to detail that we have brought them back in to do another 2 projects so far.
Working with Profound is easy for everyone involved and the best thing is if they think something isn't going to work or run over they give us a really early heads up and manage expectations well so we can plan around changes.
I also have not yet come across any of their team that is not absolutely wonderful to work with, the whole team seems really happy in their work and is well supported by management.
