Dilip and Sam in particular were exceptional, always communicating and keeping me informed. Dilip helped me with the overall plan and suggested fixtures and fittings and the whole team were pleasant and professional to work with. This is the second time we have been provided with everything we have asked for. Profound have teams who do outstanding work. The crew are efficient and friendly and a pleasure to have around. We definitely will recommend them to anyone who wants work done professionally. Well done Sam,Hatu,Adam and all you support teamPosted on GoogleTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Profound Group has been absolutely outstanding. We brought them on board for a commercial tender initially and they blew us away with their outstanding communication, honesty and attention to detail that we have brought them back in to do another 2 projects so far. Working with Profound is easy for everyone involved and the best thing is if they think something isn't going to work or run over they give us a really early heads up and manage expectations well so we can plan around changes. I also have not yet come across any of their team that is not absolutely wonderful to work with, the whole team seems really happy in their work and is well supported by management.Posted on GoogleTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google.
