Our team undertook a full renovation of a two-storey residence in Ōkato, focusing on modernising interiors and installing a brand-new bathroom. The scope included extensive internal updates to transform living spaces, improve functionality, and elevate the overall aesthetic.

With the family on-site for the duration of the construction, we faced the challenge of maintaining a safe, liveable environment amid active works. We ensured that the household’s daily routines continued smoothly without major disruption, all while adhering to strict health and safety protocols on an active site.

The new bathroom features a spacious layout with generous circulation, creating a sense of openness and ease of movement. A monochrome palette of charcoal, crisp white, and matte black sets a contemporary, sophisticated tone. Sleek fixtures—including a wall-hung vanity and frameless glass shower—emphasise clean lines and modern minimalism. Comfort is elevated through underfloor heating and recessed LED lighting, while all surfaces are selected for their durability and easy-clean properties, making this stylish bathroom perfectly suited to a busy family.

The refreshed home now boasts a contemporary, cohesive interior aesthetic that flows effortlessly from room to room. Natural light has been maximized, improving both mood and functionality. The chic yet practical bathroom elevates everyday routines, delivering an upscale spa-like feel in a family-friendly design.
