The dramatically sloping site of this smart 4site designed new build presented unique building challenges and its construction on piles required a great deal of skill and expertise.
A Kwila deck wraps the home and a striking glass balustrade makes the most of the property’s views. The russet brown hardwood decking flows into the entrance of the home through an industrial-style pivoting glass door. Its significant weight posed another building challenge to the team but the results of its successful installation are stunning.
